Pumpkin Pie Pureed Thanksgiving Dessert

Easy No Bake Crust
Crumble 12 graham crackers or 3/4 cup of crumbs in bowl of mini food processor, pulse into fine sand Add two tablespoons simmering water, wait one minute, add more water if needed for honey thickness Add 1/2 oz. gel thickener, pulse to combine. Let stand 3 minutes. Add to 6 oz. glass serving dish
Pie Homemade or Store Bought
- Using a biscuit cutter, cut a circle of pumpkin filling from a pie, leaving bottom crust behind
- Add pumpkin custard to dish with crust
- Serve with thickened vanilla ice cream, if desired.
